Isa Fowler
I joined the Board of Directors due to my experiences within the Children System of Care as a Licensed NJ Foster Parent. I wanted to be part of an organization that works to help families and caregivers of children within the community, especially those living within the system of care.
I am a commercial real estate broker and serve as a board member for Official Liverpool Supporters Club - Jersey Shore
Heidi Zaentz
I worked in the field of early childhood education her entire professional career. My most recent position before retiring was as the executive director of Monmouth Day Care Center for over 22 years.
Over the years I have volunteered for several organizations, some of which include the Shore Chapter of the National Association for the Education of Young Children, my son's Hebrew school, the Monmouth County Mental Health Board and CASA of Monmouth County.
When I retired, I wanted to continue giving back to the community and I found FBSANJ. It was a match for me because of its mission. I wished I had known about FBSANJ when my son was young. I am pleased to be a part of this organization so that I can help families know they are not alone as they navigate what they need for their child and themselves.

I joined the FBSA board in 2023 because I believe in the mission, I am community minded and I want to give back.
